In addition to the full range of Microsoft Office suite, graphic design programs, and Web development applications, Millette-Keller & Associates will be utilizing Conference Manager software. This application was developed in Canada specifically for the conference services industry. It provides a fully interactive Web page for delegates to book accommodation, register participation, and request attendance at affiliated social events. It is also a database which accurately records all delegate demographic information and booking details. The database facilitates the production of event specific reports that can be tailored to each event's parameters, and is available in multimedia format, integratable with common office software for further manipulation on an ongoing basis.
