RON MILLETTE, PRESIDENT & PARTNER

Ron Millette has worked in the travel and event planning industry for over 40 years. He began his career with Air Canada in 1960 and over the years held various senior positions in sales and marketing, including the position of President for Air Canada Vacations.

In 1986, Ron Millette left Air Canada and joined the Marlin Travel Group in the position of Senior Vice-President. His mandate was to organize, implement and head up the first privately owned Canadian Government Travel Service. In 1992, he was a co-founder of MKI Travel. Ron Millette is fluent in English and French.

ERIKA KELLER, GENERAL MANAGER & PARTNER

Born and educated in Switzerland, Erika Keller graduated with a Swiss Federal Diploma in Commerce and Travel in 1969 and emigrated to Canada the same year.

For 15 of the next 19 years, Erika Keller worked as Ticket Office Supervisor for Lufthansa German Airlines in Ottawa, where she gained an outstanding reputation for her airfare expertise and customer service. In 1988, she joined the Marlin Travel Group as Manager of the Canadian Government Travel Service offices at External Affairs and CIDA. In 1992 she co-founded MKI Travel which was sold in 2000 and subsequently replaced with Millette-Keller & Associates Inc. (MKA). Erika Keller is fluent in English and German and possesses a good working knowledge of French.

ANIL D'SOUZA, ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR & PARTNER

Anil began his career with PANAM in Bombay, India in the late 1970s. He later worked 6 years in Saudi Arabia before immigrating to Canada in 1989. Anil spent 16 years working for the Tariff department at the Canadian Government Travel Service and as Manager of the International Division at MKI Travel, before joining MKA as a full partner in 2005.

Today, Anil manages the Travel division of MKA and jointly shares responsibility with Erika for Conference Services. He is exceptionally hard-working, possesses excellent customer service skills, and is a catalyst behind MKA's success.

ALEX KELLER, HOTEL COORDINATOR & WEBMASTER

Since 2006, Alex has acted as Web Master and Hotel Program Coordinator for Millette-Keller & Associates, Inc. Alex brings event planning and program management experience to the MKA team. From 2004-2006, he was the Program and Event Coordinator of Ottawa area charity Child & Youth Friendly Ottawa (CAYFO), and from 2009-2010 he served a Program Coordinator for CH-Four Biogas Inc.

Alex is fluent in English, and has a good working knowledge of French and German.

LISE BISSON, TRAVEL SECTION

Lise has been working in the Travel Industry for more than 25 years. In 1988 she joined Erika Keller's team at Foreign Affairs; was responsible for Trade Mission travel and subsequently moved to MKI where she mostly handled the travel for smaller meetings for UN agencies.

Now semi-retired by choice, Lise is assisting Anil in the travel Department on a part-time basis and as required. We are very glad to have Lise back on the MKA Team. Lise is fluent in French and English.
